Tiffany is the Chief Operations Officer at Impact Public Schools. She is a people-first leader who is passionate about educational equity and social justice. Early in her career, Tiffany was a math teacher and school leader at large charter and public school districts in underserved communities in her hometown of Houston, Texas. An eagerness to learn about the broader education system brought her to the Summit Learning program, a national non-profit partnering with over 400 schools across the country. Throughout her tenure there, Tiffany led strategy, codified systems, and provided coaching and training to hundreds of leaders on change management, strategic planning, and data-driven instructional improvement systems. From working directly with high school students, Tiffany knows firsthand how important it is for ALL students to have access to high-quality learning experiences early in their childhood. She is excited to be part of this mission at Impact Public Schools and to lead a vision of operational excellence that supports teachers and students in the classroom.

Tiffany holds a BS from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.Ed from Johns Hopkins University. In her spare time, she loves to bake, explore new coffee shops, and catch a beautiful Pacific Northwest sun break with her spouse, Jonathan, and dog, Benji.
