Nathan Jacobs is the Chief Operating Officer at Kairos Academy, which serves 450 students across two schools in St. Louis, Missouri. Prior to his role as COO, Nathan was the RDO at IDEA Public Schools. Nathan is excited to be part of the FOX Fellowship because he wants to learn more from other experienced COOs on best practices, strategies, and tactics for a new COO in a small but growing charter school. Nathan is a graduate of the University of Arlington Baptist.
