Mike Wright is a non-profit and for-profit leader with a diverse set of experiences managing teams, serving on executive teams, and formally and informally coaching senior leaders and leadership teams.  Mike’s coaching starts with seeking to understand the client’s context, goals, and desire for growth. Mike’s depth and breadth of experience typically allows him to identify patterns, share effective practices, and collaboratively problem-solve with clients.

Mike’s hope is that clients will eventually outgrow him, but until they do, experience him as being a warm and demanding confidante whose professional aspiration is to be a catalyst for improving the effectiveness of non-profit leaders and managers to change the world.
