Kelly Shields is the Chief Financial Officer at KIPP Atlanta, which serves 5,500 students across 11 schools in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to her role as CFO, Kelly was the Managing Director of Finance. Kelly is excited to be part of the FOX Fellowship because of the opportunity to learn from and grow with other CFOs. She is excited to build a network of lifelines and dive deep into finance topics with other CFOs. Kelly is a two-time graduate of The University of Virginia.
