Estefany Lopez (she/her/hers) was born in the Dominican Republic before migrating to the United States at the age of 6, where she lived in Massachusetts, Georgia, and New York; all states that informed and shaped her educational experience and lens. She was salutatorian of her graduating HS class in NYC where she attended a failing district school before becoming the first person in her immediate family to go to and graduate from college (Fordham University). 

With over 12 years of experience, Estefany works in the education space as an operations,  logistics, people, and culture expert, who is passionate about helping organizations close the achievement gap by ensuring they have the best systems, culture, and talent possible. 

She's an Operations subject matter expert, most notably co-founding and designing one of the only computer science charter HS in the Bronx in 2018, Comp Sci High. She is currently an independent consultant working with clients like Transcend and SEED LA, and is on the board of the Earl Monroe New Renaissance Basketball School in the Bronx.
