Emily Taylor is the Chief Operating Officer at KIPP Massachusetts, which serves 2,100 students across three schools in Massachusetts. Prior to her role as COO, Emily was the Director of Schools Operations at Kipp Academy Boston Charter School. Emily is excited to be part of the FOX Fellowship because this is an opportunity to engage with other operations leaders in the charter space- She is excited at the formal learning opportunities, observation and feedback, and networking/relationship building with others. Emily is a graduate of Bentley University.
