David Endom is the Co-Founder of Level Field Partners, an organization committed to providing best-in-class, mission-aligned technical assistance to high-quality charter schools across the counties on real estate development, financing, and broader financial strategy-related projects. 

Since David and his partner Alex Shawe launched LFP in late 2017, the organization has grown to eight highly-experienced professionals, worked with more than 100 different charter schools of all sizes and stages of development, and developed strong partnerships with organizations like CSGF, WFF, KIPP, and the City Fund. 

Prior to LFP, David helped lead the finance function for KIPP DC as its Director of Financial Planning for 4+ years when that organization grew from 8 schools to 15 and nearly doubled enrollment from 2,200 to 4,000+. Additionally, David’s other professional experiences include management consulting, corporate finance, being CFO of a national fast-casual restaurant franchisee, and two stints in investment banking. 

David is a graduate of the University of Richmond and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He resides in Richmond, VA with his wife, two sons, and golden retriever.
